Check-in is from 14.00 alle ore 19.00, if the room is available earlier we will be happy to anticipate the time. However, please contact the property to inform us of your expected arrival.
Check-out is by 10.30 a.m., if possible we will be happy to postpone it.
The B&B is required by law to register its guests and to send a copy of the registration to the Police Department electronically (Legislative Decree 7 January 2013).
To this end, all Guests will be required to show a valid identity document.
For reasons of public safety, guests are not allowed to allow strangers to enter the structure if not registered and in any case the introduction of guests into the structure must always be communicated. (Regardless of whether they stay overnight or not.)
In fact, the current legislation establishes that all B&B managers are obliged to communicate the data of guests to the competent Police Headquarters electronically, even for stays of a few hours.
The operator who violates this legislation may incur criminal and financial penalties and therefore will not compromise on this aspect under any circumstances.
For the data necessary for the public security obligations imposed by law by Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S., as such, it is not necessary for the customer to sign any consent deed.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Minors can stay only if accompanied by their parents or if accompanied by an adult who is in possession of both a signed authorization to escort the minor and a copy of a parent’s document.
The common areas are under video surveillance, in compliance with the principles, rules and obligations provided for by the Privacy Policy.
Article 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data Legislative Decree 101/2018 and EU Regulation 2016/679 GDPR.
The presence of cameras is widely reported throughout the structure both inside and outside.
Guests are advised to keep their rooms locked at all times when not present.
The B&B will not be responsible for the loss of objects or other property of the Guest under any circumstances and for any reason.
In addition to the room keys, the customer will have the keys for the entrance to the B&B and the pedestrian gate. In case of loss of one and/or the other, there is a penalty of €30.
Please always make sure that the entrance door of the structure is well closed both at the entrance and exit and that the windows of the rooms are also closed in the absence of the guest.
The introduction and use of dangerous objects, gas canisters, flammable liquids, electric stoves, irons, open flame appliances, etc., into the rooms is strictly prohibited.
To prevent domestic accidents, the hotel’s own iron can only be used by guests in common areas.
It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and in all internal common areas.
Please do not move any furniture or furnishings in the rooms or common areas unless previously agreed with the owner, nor do you interfere with or manipulate cables and devices.
To avoid unnecessary consumption, we invite you to make sure when you leave the room that you have turned off the taps, turned off the lights and the air conditioning/heating.
For proper use of the air conditioning, please always close the windows during its operation.
Please make sure you have switched off kettles and induction hobs before leaving and do not leave pots on the hot plates unattended.
In case of forgetfulness or improper use of the equipment, the owner reserves the right to turn off, close or set the devices remotely if possible.
Please do not touch or attempt to adjust the room thermostat, which is operated solely by the owner.
The owner reserves the right to always be able to access the rooms in case of danger, urgent need or in the event of water or gas leaks, electrical faults or any other problem that may cause damage to the structure and/or the inhabitants or to restore the operation of machinery used for heating and air conditioning of the entire structure since the wall splits share the external machines on the terrace on the first floor.
In the event of malfunctions of TVs, household appliances, etc., and maintenance of the systems in their entirety and their terminal parts that are not of an urgent nature, access will take place by prior agreement with the guest.
Water is safe to drink throughout the property.
The WI-FI Internet connection is free of charge.
Please keep the volume of the voice and the TV in the room at an appropriate level so as not to damage the peace and rest of other guests.
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
The Management reserves the right to ask its guests for compensation for any damage and/or loss caused to the property in a malicious and/or negligent manner and to withhold the amount of damage ascertained directly from the security deposit.
At the beginning of the stay, you tacitly accept these regulations in all its parts.
Failure to comply with the same may result in immediate forced departure from the structure, without any right to reimbursement, and with the charge of the full amount of the stay, as well as the costs for the restoration of the damage caused to people or things housed in the building.
